New to Yoga? Wondering what class you should you take? Have an injury? Need more energy? Want strength & flexibility? Looking to reduce stress? 

Then this is the workshop is for you! We will cover the basics of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath control) and asana (yoga postures). It is a great workshop for those wanting to learn more about yoga before taking their first class. It is also an excellent overview for newer or current students.

As a holistic Yoga Teacher, Christy’s passion lies in helping others and does so by offering a holistic practice to support people in navigating the many aspects of their everyday lives.  She teaches group classes, workshops, retreats, corporate seminars, teacher trainings at the 200 and 300 hour level as well as privately blending together many modalities, styles and teachings to allow for each student’s path to unfold in their own way in their own time. #blenditup

We will be moving so be prepared with:
A mat (or you can use ours)
Clothes you can move in
Water and a towel
Any and all questions
An open heart and mind!
