In each workshop you will be guided through:
-Self Massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls
-Corrective exercises and Novel movements, influenced from yoga and physical therapy.
This workshop will focus on the CORE. Core awakening unlocks physical, emotional, and spiritual depths within your body’s center, reconnecting you to the stories buried within.
Learn a series of extraordinarily deep abdominal exercises that will penetrate weak muscle fibers, awaken sluggish organs, stretch scar tissue, and cultivate vibrancy throughout your nervous system.
Core integration significantly enhances your Yoga practice. It is a safe and transformative workshop for those dealing with specific core injuries and is appropriate for all levels-from newcomers to teachers.
Our core is the infrastructure that supports posture, protects our spine, and keeps us moving in all directions in supple and pain free fashion. This workshop will teach you to strengthen your core from the inside out, challenging your core musculature in order to build stable, sustainable spinal support.
Stacy has pursued yoga and movement practice since the 1990s. In 2013 she took her practice to an advanced level, studying with Claire Hartley and Daniel Stewart at Rising Lotus Yoga, earning her RYT 200 hour teacher credential. Soon after she was introduced to Yoga Tune Up® and the added value of integrating YTU with traditional asana training. After multiple years of study and practice with YTU creator Jill Miller and her teacher-trainers, Stacy was certified as an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor and Roll Model Method® practitioner.
